Everything you need to know
Who owns the data and files I upload?
Your data is 100% yours. All orthomosaics, DEMs, surfaces, vectors and any other files uploaded to VisorGEO remain your exclusive property. We do not use, sell, share or publish them under any circumstances, and we do not use them to train AI models.
Where are my maps and projects hosted?
Your data is stored on secure servers located in the European Union, with HTTPS/TLS encrypted communications, cryptographically protected passwords and automatic backups. This infrastructure follows the security standards required by European data protection regulations.
What happens to my projects if I cancel my subscription?
After cancellation, your projects remain in read-only mode for 30 days, so you can download your files without restrictions. After that period, the data is permanently deleted from our servers.
What happens if there is an outage?
We work to provide strong platform availability. If interruptions happen because of maintenance or technical causes, we notify users in advance whenever possible. Isolated interruptions do not trigger automatic refunds, but if a failure is attributable to VisorGEO you can contact us to evaluate proportional compensation.
Can I use VisorGEO for confidential client data?
Yes. VisorGEO is designed for professional work with sensitive data. Your data is never accessed or shared by our team without your authorization. It is suitable for client projects, mining, construction and government work. For additional security requirements, ask about the Enterprise plan.
How do refunds work?
If you subscribed less than 10 business days ago, you can cancel and request a full refund of the latest payment without giving a reason. After that period, you can cancel your subscription and keep access until the end of the paid period.
